I will be selling it for $60.00 or the best offer. There is nothing wrong with it. It fits in a normal sized window and has a few different settings on it for temperature. The exact size is 11 1/8 X 17 5/16 X 12 13/16. Very nice. I don't really need it anymore because I've got central air in my apartment. Please respond ASAP. Buyer must pick up!
